StoneheadBikes is hiring for the role of Business Development Executive (BDE)!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Itinerary Creation & Management:
- Design and curate exciting and engaging motorcycle tour itineraries that highlight the best of local culture, landscapes, and adventure activities.
- Regularly review and update itineraries to stay current with travel trends and customer preferences.
- Ensure that all itineraries meet quality standards, safety protocols, and Stoneheadbikes’ brand values.
- Online Promotion & Aggregator Websites:
- Post and manage our motorcycle tours on various travel and tour aggregator websites (e.g., TripAdvisor, Viator, GetYourGuide, etc.) to ensure visibility and attract bookings.
- Optimize listings by incorporating relevant keywords, high-quality photos, and detailed descriptions to enhance customer interest.
- Keep track of performance metrics and respond to customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback on these platforms.
- Targeting International Travelers:
- Develop strategies to attract and cater to foreign travelers, including designing tours that meet their needs, preferences, and expectations.
- Understand and anticipate travel trends, particularly for international tourists seeking adventure-based travel experiences.
- Provide guidance and support for foreign travelers with logistical arrangements, visa inquiries, and general travel information.
- Partnerships & Collaboration:
- Build and maintain relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and agencies both domestically and internationally.
- Identify new business opportunities and work closely with partner agencies to sell our motorcycle tours to their clients.
- Organize FAM (familiarization) tours for travel agents and industry partners to showcase our offerings and generate leads.
- Marketing & Content Development:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content for promotional materials, social media, newsletters, and the website.
- Stay informed about emerging travel trends, adventure tourism, and popular motorcycle routes to ensure Stoneheadbikes remains competitive in the market.
- Monitor competitor offerings and ensure that Stoneheadbikes’ tours are priced and positioned effectively.
- Customer Service & Booking Coordination:
- Respond promptly to inquiries from potential clients, providing them with information about our tours, rental options, and any custom requirements.
- Coordinate bookings, reservations, and follow up with clients to ensure a seamless pre-tour experience.
- Address any special requests or concerns from travelers regarding the itinerary, safety measures, and overall experience.
- Event and Trade Show Participation:
- Represent Stoneheadbikes at relevant travel expos, trade shows, and networking events to promote our services to travel agents and potential clients.
- Establish Stoneheadbikes as a preferred choice for motorcycle tours in India within the travel industry.
