Requirements:

  • Educational Qualification: Minimum 12th pass.
  • Age: Between 18 to 30 years.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and one regional language.
  • Empathy: Ability to empathize with customers and resolve their queries efficiently.
  • Experience: Prior experience in customer service or sales is advantageous.
